Your main tasks:
Description of tasks:
Handling of all issues in accountancy
Prepare monthly / quarterly / yearly closings and financial statements
Accounts receivable Management
Contact to auditors, banks, financial authorities.
Establish and maintain stable cash flow management policies and procedures, ensure cash resources are available for daily operations and business development.
Cash Management, processing of payment transactions
Contact person for auditor and tax consultant
Implementation of the group accounting guidelines
Reports to: line management
Functionally to Regional Finance & Accounting Manager
Responsibility for financial operations, including working capital, capital expenditures, debt levels, taxes, budget and general accounting.
Level of education: commercial education, preferable examination for accountant
Working experience: at least 5 years
Special knowledge in finance, accounting and taxes
Fluent in Swedish & English is a must
Skilled in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
Skilled in SAP-Modules FI / CO desireable
Experience in freight forwarding is a plus
Risk management and receivables management
Project management and problem solving skills
Extensive knowledge of international accounting (IFRS)
