For our Logistics Center in BELGRADE-DOBANOVCI, SERBIA we are looking for:

National Product Manager ROAD-Xpress

Your main tasks:

  • Implement new products for ROAD-Xpress, including Verticals (Frigo, Special Transport etc.)
  • Ensure know-how transfer of ROAD services to Sales
  • Execute corporate sales campaign together with local sales, and marketing
  • Build up close cooperation with system partners, and other branches
  • Monitor and manage ROAD development according to the KPI’s
  • Actively take part in national, and multi-national road tenders together with KAS, and ROAD Tender Management HQ
  • Support sales with retention activities
  • Ensuring up-to-date product knowledge among operational heads
  • Coordinate annual budget, and target setting process
  • Mandatory routings maintenance
  • Compliance according to ROAD handbook, and its directives and procedures

We expect:

  • Extended commercial education or special education in ROAD forwarding
  • At least 5 years in ROAD Freight in terms of:
- Development of USP´s, and product definition
- Implementation and product launch within sales, and operational organization
- Trucker negotiations, and personal contacts
- Key account sales, and development
  • Advanced computer knowledge (especially MS Office)
  • ADR trained
  • Established trucker, and partner network
  • Superior economic geographical skills
  • Knowledge of operational processes
  • Close connection to the market (Sales, Purchase, Partners)
  • Proven record of own business development with multinationals
  • Leadership and negotiation skills
  • Sales-oriented
  • Motivating / Self-Motivating
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Sales and Purchasing ability
  • Ability to give new/fresh impetus
