The Process & Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and advancing our process and quality management standards with the purpose of continuous improvement and to achieve customer excitement. In this position the Process & Quality Manager reports to the Head of Operational Excellence and Quality.

Process & Quality Manager (m/f)
Your main tasks:
Lead projects to improve our Process & Quality Management System, such as implementing new Process Landscape as an interface of our QMS
Improve existing and/or develop and deploy new quality processes such as document change & approval, internal & external compliance audits, complaint management
Identify process improvement potentials and performance roadblocks, support improvement initiatives
Conduct trainings and coach stakeholders regarding Process & Quality Management
Build relationships within the company across all levels to understand operational needs
Drive and enable a process orientated, value creating, customer centring mind-set and pro-active management/ improvement of processes and quality on all levels in the organisation
University degree (Bachelor, Master) in Business, Operations Management or “Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen” or comparable education
Several years of professional experience in process & quality management as well as leading cross country projects
Experienced and trained in Industry Norms, Project Management Standards or Problem Solving Skills is an advantage
Outstanding verbal, written and communication-skills
Hands-on mentality, excellent interpersonal skill and being able to win and motivate people
Drive to identify and solve problems, customer centric mind-set as well as IT-affinity
Willingness to travel globally (~ 10%)
Excellent English language skills (level C) as well as German language skills (level B)
Possibility to take responsibilities and to drive changes within the organization by re-shaping cargo-partners operational system
