Facility Management Competence Center

Your main tasks:

In this position you will be responsible for establishment of Facility Management Competence Center  for new logistics and office facilities and reorganization of Facility Management for existing premises in Austria, Central and South Eastern Europe.
  • Evaluation of the existing facility services
  • Review of existing building documentations and develop a solution for missing documentation
  • Implement an overview to control service and maintenance agreements (SLA), provide contract renewal or new contract conclusion
  • Develop a catalogue of measures for regular facility services
  • Define KPIs for quality control of the facility services
  • Control of energy management
  • Provide regular technical surveys of the buildings (Technical Due Diligence - SWOT Analysis)
  • Creation of operational manuals
  • Set up and monitor maintenance budget
  • Evaluate and optimize the building life cycle processes

We expect:

  • Technical degree (higher education school or university) in architectural technology, civil engineering or real estate management
  • Experience in facility management and local authorities procedures
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Professional and effective interpersonal communication and written skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with service providers and business partners
  • Attention to detail, self-motivation, ability to work in teams, a passion for logistics real estate and property as well as IT-affinity
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent English language skills
