As part of out growth strategy cargo partner in Bulgaria is looking for a dynamic manager to join our Varna-based team.

Branch manager

Your main tasks:

- Setting and achieving the region company sales targets for generating turnover and profit growth through:
  • developing and maintaining customer portfolio;
  • establishing new relations, definition of new, target clients;
  • retention management by existing customers;
  • frequented visiting clients and build up or extend cooperation;
- Personnel leadership and personnel planning for the branch office in cooperation with Country Managing Director
- Monitors working discipline and assesses the work and results of the employees
- Maintains agents relationships in accordance with company policy
- Prepares the budget and monitors the keeping of budget lines
- Maintains agents relationships in accordance with company policy
- Monitors progress of orders and claims
- Monitors the profitability and efficiency of processes within the branch office
- Cooperation with the headquarter
- Customer service, especially for key accounts
- Development of existing and implementation of new products and traffic lanes
- Responsibility for costs and revenues of the branch office
- Reviews company performance and financial results
- Responsibility for company cars in the region
- Reviews and signs business documentation of general importance for the company in the region
- Organises and controls the set up of the branch office

We expect:

  • At least 3 years in transport and logistics business with proven experience in sea freight
  • Key account sales and development
  • High level of computer literacy
  • English language (business fluent)
  • Close connection to the local business market (Sales, Purchase, Partners)
  • Valid driving license
