Manager Business Development
Your main tasks:
- Develop and maintain customer portfolio
- Establishing new relations, definition of new, target clients
- Retention management by existing customers
- Frequented visiting clients and build up or extend cooperation
- Generating turnover and profit growth
We expect:
- Commercial/professional education in logistics and a minimum of 2 years working experience in freight forwarding (sales)
- Communicative, goal- and service-oriented personality
- Strong value of commercial thinking, sales orientation and good negotation skills
- Fluent English skills are good, German skills are a "nice to have"
- Positive, open-minded for learning new things
- Motivating attitude and a self-structured, organised way of working
- Outstanding and long term plannings
- Ability to work in a young and motivated team by reaching common goals
- Good IT skills
